This pogo pin test fixture is used on a large
wire harness assembly and test board for a major manufacturer of
fire trucks. The fixture automatically tests all fuses and relay
contacts in the power distribution panel.

This injection molding end-of-arm fixture is used
to insert 8 labels into the die cavity of a mold tooling. It uses
high voltage static for label adhesion to the mold tool.
The following project was initiated by a major medical
equipment company to use for the automated molding process on the
Disposable Blood Pressure Monitor Cable. The design took 3 months
to complete and receive approval. The build and de-bug took 6 months
before the machine was producing 10,000 molded cable assemblies
per day, 7 days a week. The system was completed and approved in
mid 1995 and is still in operation.
Accumulator used to stage cable prior to molding
operation.

The process uses a Battenfeld Molding Machine
to mold 4 plugs per cycle.

A chiller unit is used to cool mold tooling during
molding cycles and to cool the molded plugs before the cutting cycle.

Cut and strip process after each molding cycle.

Completed assembly prior to shipping.
