UV Project:
This project was designed and built to fill the need for an In-Line
UV cure for wire marking systems. An article written by the Video-Jet
Company on the system and published in Wire Harness News describes
the project and why it was needed. Bucky Mueller of Tri-Tech sells
and services the systems already in the field.

Oncology Care System Project:
A medical oncology care company needed a manufacturer for their
Power Distribution Panel. I designed a 4 part harness and 26 page
detailed assembly procedure to build this panel. Using my process,
manufacturing has the ability to use 1 person or 6 people to build
the panel, depending on volume and leadtime. I also designed and
built a fully operational Testset to 100% test each panel.
